A floating pricing formula of “Industry Index + Reasonable Processing Fee” will be adopted, aiming to effectively hedge against risks from bulk raw material price fluctuations and ensure the long-term stability and fairness of the cooperation. For each specific large-scale project—for example, a typical high-speed rail hub station construction requiring about 8,000 metric tons of rebar and 10,000 metric tons of H-shaped steel, delivered in 3 to 4 batches over 8 months—the two sides will sign a separate project-specific contract.
