It integrates uncoiling, leveling, slitting, and recoiling, efficiently and precisely cutting large coils of tinplate according to customer requirements. Manager Zhou deliberately slowed his pace so that Ms. Emma could clearly see each production step. The huge tinplate coil slowly unfurled, and after being leveled by multiple rollers, any potential minor ripples were completely smoothed out, transforming it into a straight and flat steel strip. Next, the high-speed slitting unit precisely cut the steel strip into multiple narrow strips according to the preset width. The entire process was seamless, with almost no noise or vibration.
